Together with interior designer Niels Kramer and our partners, we have the showroom space of 573,37 m² shaped. After the initial brainstorming sessions, Niels came up with the concept idea 'Park Office', inspired by New York's Central Park: a green oasis in a busy city.

The concept comes to life through flowing lines and rounded corners that contrast with the sleek architecture of the building. The use of plants, natural forms and materials creates a seamless connection with the outdoors, in line with our ambition to create a WELL-accredited interior to achieve. This standard focuses on a healthy work environment with attention to air, light, comfort and mental balance - with biophilic design helping to reduce stress and increase well-being.

A good interior design concept is in the details. The right lighting and window finishes bring atmosphere, comfort and balance to the space. This is how partner Modular Park Office of carefully chosen fixtures, and provide custom blinds from Onel For optimal daylight without interference from the sun.

To stay in tune with the changing needs of employees, we recently expanded the showroom to include the Kettal Pavilion and various acoustic booths. In doing so, we show how we move with the times: spaces that combine flexibility, calm and focus within an open office environment. Thus, Park Office evolves with the way we work, meet and recover.
