InteriorWorks B.V. cares deeply about your privacy. When you visit the InteriorWorks website, we collect different data for different purposes. Personal data and data processing
If you place an order or request a quote, we need a name, email address and delivery address to fulfill the order and keep you informed of its status. If you create an account at InteriorWorks, we store the data on a secure server. Payment details will be requested at a later stage of the order. 
Our employees and the third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. We have a processing agreement with our hosting server and website building service to protect your data. Your data will never be sold to third parties. You have the right to inspect, correct and/or delete the personal data provided.
Traffic data
With the traffic data, we analyze the browsing behavior of our visitors. The collection of this traffic data is obtained through Google Analytics; a web analytics service offered by Google Inc. (Google). This information is used to make the use of the website easier for you. Our website installs a cookie for this purpose. A cookie is a small registration file that your browser stores on your computer. Google Analytics falls under both the Telecom Act (cookie law) and the Personal Data Protection Act and may be used under certain conditions. without permission. You can set your browser to not receive cookies during your visit to the InteriorWorks website.

All information collected by these cookies is anonymous and is only used to improve the functioning of the website. You cannot use these cookies for online advertising purposes. We have not given Google the right to access full IP addresses located within member states of the European Union. Google automatically removes the last digits of an IP address, showing us only a truncated version. This ensures that users cannot be traced.
Google will only use the information transmitted to analyze your use of the website, for reports on website activity and to provide website and internet related services to others. The information about your IP address will not be compared with other information about your IP address stored by Google. Since Google is not in possession of your full IP address, it is not possible for Google to link personal information with other information held by Google.
- MailChimp (email marketing)
Our newsletters are sent through MailChimp; a tool to send newsletters, manage mailing lists and integrate a subscription form on a website. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent by us, there is an option to unsubscribe from our mailing list. You will then receive our newsletter notmore. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, share information with third parties.
- Your rights
Pursuant to applicable Dutch and European legislation, as a data subject you have certain rights with respect to personal data processed by us or on our behalf. We explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and copies of your data to the e-mail address already known to us. If you wish to receive the data at a different e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. - Retention periods

Due to applicable administrative obligations we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for the duration of the applicable term. However, employees no longer have access to your customer profile and documents we have produced as a result of your order.

You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data together with an overview of the processors holding this data, indicating the category under which we have stored this data, at the e-mail address known to us.
- Right of rectification
You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to you as a person or can be traced back to you, adjusted. You can make such a request to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the data has been adjusted.
- Right to restriction of processing
You always have the right to limit the data we process or have processed that relates to your person or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address known to us that the processing of your data will be restricted and/or no longer be processed.
- Privacy policy changes
We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. However, you will always find the most recent version on this page. If the new privacy policy affects how we process data already collected about you, we will notify you by email.
