What does the total office design involve?
From the first conversation to the day when everyone unpacks their belongings. Not every component is necessary for every project, we will determine that together with you:
- Exploration. How do you work and what are the obstacles you face?
- Spatial plan. Is there enough room for consultation? Where is work being concentrated, and where does everyone come together?
- Building work. Walls, floor finishing, ceilings, custom-made interior construction (pantry, counter).
- Technology. Lighting, acoustics, climate, data and AV.
- Interior design. Concept, color, material and light. The translation into how it looks and feels.
- Furniture. Advice on ergonomic workstations, concentration pods and furniture, plus selection, delivery times and assembly.
- Management. Control over planning, budget and subcontractors. We keep track of all the involved parties, so you don't have to.
- Post-event care. Resolve any remaining issues and set up your facilities.

What does an office setup cost?
Count on it around €900 to €1,600 per m², Excluding VAT.

How long does an office design process take?
That depends on the size.
Re-arrangement of a floor: Sometimes it is arranged within a few weeks to months.
Renovation of any size: soon a few months, from the first sketch to completion.
Relocation: Previously in quarters. There is an old building coming up, a new building being built, and an organization that needs to adapt.
Larger or more complex journey: soon towards a year.
How many workstations do I need?

Can my current furniture be used?
