We are looking for a Dutch speaking colleague. 

InteriorWorks is an interior design specialist in the field of corporate office and project design. Our clients are companies (SMEs to multinationals), hotel chains and healthcare and government institutions. Interiors where the person is central. From our own showroom in Amsterdam North, we realize special projects every day with a young team of enthusiastic professionals. For example, we have provided furnishings for companies such as Booking.com, Google, McDonald's, The Social Hub, Pillows Hotel Amsterdam and many more. This in cooperation with various architects, project management agencies, facility managers, real estate parties and large well-known furniture manufacturers. 

Are you an organized and strategic thinker with a creative heart? We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to take our brand to the next level and make InteriorWorks visible as the interior specialist in the Netherlands. 

 

What will you do? 

As Marketing & Communications Manager, you are the driving force behind our marketing strategy. Together with our Digital Marketer, you will build a recognizable and attractive brand identity. You develop well thought-out plans that increase our brand awareness, touch the right target groups and attract qualitative leads, so that we further strengthen our position in the B2B interior industry. You will be responsible for both digital and offline communications and ensure a consistent appearance of our brand. 

You will create catchy content for the website, coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, manage external agencies and organize events that touch our target audience. You will work closely with Sales, Business Development and the Digital Marketer to exploit opportunities and realize our ambitions.  

What are you good at? 

  • Developing and translating clear marketing strategies and campaigns into concrete actions. 
  • Managing the website, newsletters and advertisements. A creative pen is a must! 
  • Analyze market trends and campaign results - and adjust as needed. 
  • Guarding our tone of voice and visual identity. 
  • Organize events in our showroom and external trips - an eye for hospitality is nice to have. 
  • Create structure, maintain overview and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Communicate and switch between departments and external partners

 

You are strategic, but also pragmatic. Creative, but also structured. And above all, you see where opportunities lie - and you seize them. 

 

What do you bring? 

  • ± 4 years of experience in marketing & communications (preferably B2B) 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (including WordPress, SEO/SEA, social media, analytics). 
  • An analytical and strategic mindset. 
  • Organizational talent and a proactive attitude. 
  • Affinity with interior design, architecture or design is a plus.
