Delivery time and delivery options at InteriorWorks

InteriorWorks delivers within Europe and, if desired, worldwide. We use multiple shipping options. Because our selection is so diverse, we first look at how we deliver the item. After all, an office chair does not fit through the mailbox... whatever you order we will do our best to deliver the item to you as soon as possible.‍

Delivery times
All items ordered are subject to the delivery time indicated with the item.

Shipping & Delivery
We use multiple methods of shipping. We switch PostNL, DPD or we use our assembly/delivery partner M.G. Facility B.V. We use PostNL or DPD when it comes to smaller items. For example small accessories, these can go with the regular parcel service and that is by far the most efficient way of shipping. Once we put your order in the mail you will receive a track and trace code.

Shipping with PostNL
On the PostNL website you can track your package and know exactly when it will be delivered. If you are not at home, the postal carrier will - whenever possible - deliver your package to your neighbors. If the package cannot be delivered to your neighbors, you can pick it up the next day at the PostNL post office.

Shipping with DPD
On DPD's website you can also track your package and know exactly when it will be delivered. When you are not at home, DPD will - whenever possible - deliver your package to your neighbors. If the package cannot be delivered to the neighbors, it can be picked up the next day at the nearest Pickup Parcelshop. The non-home notice, left for you by the driver, tells you where you can pick up your package.

Shipping with M.G. Facility B.V.
‍M.G. Facility B.V. is a company specialized in the assembly and disassembly of furniture. They have been the specialist in the field of internal and external removals for many years and have an extensive portfolio of services. M.G. Facility B.V. provides shipping and/or assembly of large furniture. Think of couches, workstations, large partitions, cabinets etcetera. When we engage M.G. Facility B.V. to deliver your item, they will first contact you by phone to make an appointment.‍

Assembly
By default, we deliver the products without assembly after the first door. If you would rather have an expert assemble your furniture or if you don't have time yourself, for example, we would be happy to provide a quote for this service. Please contact our interior design specialists to discuss the possibilities.‍

Order pickup
Would you like to pick up an order from our warehouse? You can, please indicate that with your order. We kindly ask you to make a pick-up appointment with us, so we can prepare your order in our warehouse.
