A nieuw officeinterior - true begin you?
A brown pub in the workplace, meditating in the mindfulness room or a pianist in the company restaurant. Companies are pulling out all kinds of stops to improve the work environment - and thus the work experience. Whether your company is small or large, we all look for creative and playful solutions to add something special to our office. We want to create a workplace that inspires and feels like home, a place that people love to return to. Whether this is a barista bar in a converted camper van or various ‘vacation destinations’ inside the office to relax for a while, with an office interior we create a feeling, an atmosphere, an experience. But where do you start?
Furnishing an office seems simple at first glance: desks, chairs, lighting and conference furniture; that's it. However, many organizations later discover that the furnishings do not match the way people actually work. Restless spaces, too little flexibility or a look that does not fit the company. There are unexpectedly many aspects to consider. Do you want to get your office right from the first idea? Then it is smart to get acquainted with an office or project furnisher. A party that takes care of an office design from A to Z.

Your company is moving, growing or making the move to more flexi-working. Logical moments to rethink the layout of your office. But they don't have to be the only trigger. Because sometimes the trigger is simply that you look around and think: this no longer suits us. The look and feel does not match who you are as a company. The space is outdated and in need of preservation.
Maybe you too prefer that one meeting room because of better acoustics, or you have no choice because all the meeting rooms are always occupied. Maybe your open office is hearty, but focusing on work? That still isn't easy. The desire for new furnishings is the first step. But what comes next requires a thoughtful vision of layout, functionality, lighting and workstations. Ultimately, you want a place that is right - an environment with experience in which people feel comfortable. A good example is the housing corporation Stadgenoot. They got stuck in their own ideas and came to us with the desire to renew their lunch and event space. The ambition was clear: a homely, warm space with lots of greenery and sufficient flexibility. Initially they thought mainly of different furniture, but when we looked at the existing situation together, it became clear that the chilly look of the space demanded a more fundamental approach. A cohesion of atmosphere creation and solutions for flexible use of the space and good acoustics, where the loose furniture completed the concept. Textiles proved indispensable in this: carpets and curtains not only worked acoustically, but also immediately gave the space that sense of warmth and security they were looking for.

A new office interior is an investment in the well-being and productivity of your employees, in the appearance to customers and job applicants, and in the future of your organization. You don't have to go through such a process alone; a good office furnisher makes all the difference. A pleasant cooperation starts with a party that really thinks along with you. They look at how the way of working can be translated into a proper layout with enough attention to acoustics, flexibility and the appearance that suits the company. Such a party gives honest advice and takes care of everything throughout the process. No surprises later, but clear communication and transparency about costs from the outset. And of course: a project that is completed within the agreed time and budget.
The biggest advantage is rest. You have a single point of contact who coordinates everything - from the first conversation to completion. Clear, pleasant and hassle-free. And within that process we offer much more:
Full translation At the beginning of a project, the focus is on people: how will people work and how will the space be used? The translation into a suitable office interior goes beyond furniture and includes layout, routing, flexibility, acoustics and the well-being of the users.
Customization that suits you No standard solutions, but a space that is really designed for you. Taking into account how you work and your corporate identity. Think about acoustics, ergonomics, brand identity and the well-being of your employees.
Quality from start to finish Because full responsibility for both design and execution rests with one party, everything fits together. Consistent, careful and exactly as agreed upon.
A smooth and efficient process The project is realized smoothly and without unnecessary delays because the process is managed by one party.
No surprises in cost We work with a predetermined budget, with full transparency. Thus, it is always clear where you stand.
Sustainable and ready for the future The long term is always at the forefront. From sustainable material choices to advice on organizational changes - this creates a workplace that will still be exactly right in the future.

The best result? An office where people love to be, where visitors are amazed and where you look back with a good feeling.
The result for communications agency Edelman is certainly worthy of note. In a landmark building, a completely shell space was transformed into a complete, immediately ready-to-use workplace - preserving the building's historic character while integrating modern work functionalities.
Like Edelman, each project, large or small, is handled as one cohesive process: from concept development and design coordination to construction supervision, budget management and coordination with all partners involved. Together with Pubblik&Vos and Beamm, the complete design was delivered - including customization, installations, furniture and finishes.
Such an integrated approach requires more than just good design. It involves clear communication, tight planning and an eye for what makes a work environment really good: acoustics, atmosphere, sustainability and the well-being of the people who work there every day. Circularity also plays an increasingly important role - from the choice of materials to the design as a whole.
What this type of project shows is that a good office interior is no accident. It is the outcome of a thoughtful process in which design, project management and realization build on each other - from initial desire to aftercare.
