Sales Support.

We are looking for a Dutch speaking colleague. 

InteriorWorks is an interior design specialist in the field of corporate office and project design. Our clients are companies (SMEs to multinationals), hotel chains and healthcare and government institutions. Interiors where the person is central. From our own showroom in Amsterdam North, we realize special projects every day with a young team of enthusiastic professionals. For example, we have provided furnishings for companies such as Booking.com, Google, McDonald's, The Social Hub, Pillows Hotel Amsterdam and many more. This in cooperation with various architects, project management agencies, facility managers, real estate parties and large well-known furniture manufacturers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent Sales Support Employee Who will join our team. Are you someone who enjoys playing a supporting role in a dynamic team and keeping an overview of various sales activities? Then you are the person we are looking for!

Your role

As a Sales Support employee, you are the connecting link in our sales team. You ensure that the sales process runs smoothly through your organizational skills and eye for detail.

What will you do?

• You will support your sales colleagues in the preparation and development of quotations, furniture proposals, tenders and customer presentations.
• You will monitor the progress of quotation processes, keep a close eye on deadlines and communicate this to the team.
• You liaise with clients, architects, suppliers and other stakeholders to gather information in a timely and accurate manner.
• You will manage and update client and project data in our systems.
• You will think about improvements in our processes and ensure an efficient approach to our sales activities.
