We are looking for a Dutch speaking colleague.

Interior Works is an interior design specialist in the field of corporate office and project design. We work for companies (from SMEs to multinationals), hotel chains and healthcare and government institutions. From our showroom in Amsterdam-Noord, together with architects, project partners and suppliers, we realize diverse interior projects for clients such as Booking.com, DPG Media, Google, McDonald's and The Social Hub.

Whether processing orders, monitoring schedules or coordinating deliveries: you are at your best when everything is right. You have a heart for interiors and enjoy creating an overview, planning and well-organized administration. With your commercial and solution-oriented attitude you ensure that projects run smoothly.

 

Your role

From original office interiors to appealing hospitality, healthcare and educational spaces, at Interior Works we work daily on an impressive portfolio of high-profile clients.

As Junior Project Manager You will be responsible for the administrative and organizational running of our projects. Here, project management and administration go hand in hand.

When we get to work on a makeover of a new project, you make sure that all products are ordered on time and carefully monitor delivery. In this way, together we are responsible for a stylish end result.

 

We are looking for

  • As a good project manager, you are accurate, stress-resistant and customer-oriented.
  • You are focused, and with full attention to your tasks, you ensure that administrative work runs smoothly.
  • You feel responsible for every delivery, and see yourself as an important part of an ambitious and talented team.
  • Experience with (financial) administration is a plus, a passion for interior design is nice.

In addition, you possess

  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • At least two years of relevant work experience;
  • Knowledge of MS Office or similar;
  • An excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing is required; a good command of the English language is desirable.
  • A degree in interior design, styling, interior design or similar and knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, pCon, InDesign is a plus.
